Monsieur Mercier est un très bon artisan, tant en réactivité qu'en qualité de service, pour ma part, une fuite est survenue dans la salle de bains, je l'ai appelé et Monsieur Mercier est intervenu dans la même journée, il à dépanné et j'ai pu réutiliser toute l'installation. Je le recommande vivement car en plus de la rapidité de dépannage, il a su pratiquer des tarifs intéressants.

Mis à jour suite à mon premier avis : Tout d'abord, il faut savoir que le numéro de fixe est erroné, et, il n'est pas possible au propriétaire de faire des modifications. Mr Mercier peut être contacter par téléphone portable (privilégier les sms). Pour ce qui est du reste Mr Mercier est un excellent artisan, aimable, professionnel et est très bon dans son travail. Je n'hésiterai pas à faire de nouveau appel à lui dorénavant.

Mr Mercier can be contacted by mobile phone (prefer text messages). As for the rest, Mr Mercier is an excellent craftsman, friendly, professional and is very good at his work. Mikael,Mercier est un artisan comme on en voit de moins en moins. Malgré un agenda chargé vient vous dépanner pour une grosse fuite d’eau et même s’il doit terminer tard. Super travail!

J’ai eu à faire à chaque personne de l’entreprise pour les différents postes de travaux de ma maison : chauffe eau, rénovation de salle d’eau et WC, installation de chaudière granulés bois, installation de VMC, et ils ont tous été pros! Mikael quant à lui a été soucieux de notre satisfaction et il s’est donné à 200% pour trouver les meilleurs solution à notre installation de chauffage. En plus, ils sont sympas et n’hésite pas à faire la bricole supplémentaire qui fait plaisir! au top.
